These Terms govern your use of BulkImagen. By using bulkimagen.com you agree to them.
BulkImagen is a hosted bulk AI image generator. You buy prepaid credits and spend them to generate images. Credits are non-transferable.
You may not generate content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, that is sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit, or that violates the policies of the underlying model providers. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors are strictly prohibited; we will terminate the account and report to the authorities as required by law. We may filter, block, or fail any request that violates these rules and suspend accounts that do.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use BulkImagen. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you generate, and for using them lawfully. Do not create deepfakes of real people, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or deceptive. Generation is also subject to the content policies of the underlying model providers.
Generated images are stored so you can download them, and we keep each batch for at least 14 days after creation. After that we may remove images to manage storage costs. Please download your work promptly and do not rely on BulkImagen as long-term storage.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and credits are spent when you submit a batch. If generation fails for technical reasons we automatically refund the credits for the failed images; we reserve the right not to refund credits for requests that fail or are rejected due to content or policy violations. You own the images you generate, subject to each model's license. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
