Refund Policy

This page explains BulkImagen's refund policy for prepaid credits.

Unused credits

If you have not used the credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email support@bulkimagen.com with your account email and the purchase details.

Credits used for image generation

Credits that have already been spent on image generation are not eligible for refund. The cost to generate those images has already been incurred.

Failed or rejected generations

If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for those images are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits are not refundable when a request is rejected or fails because it violates our acceptable use rules or a model provider's content policy — for example, attempts to generate prohibited or explicit content. See our Terms of Service for what is not allowed.

Subscriptions

Subscription billing is not currently offered. This section will be updated when subscriptions are introduced.
