This Privacy Policy explains how BulkImagen ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use bulkimagen.com, our browser extension, and our iOS and Android apps.
When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address, and avatar. We record your IP address and country, and basic attribution signals (referrer, UTM parameters) to understand how you found us.
To operate the service: authenticate you, track your prepaid credit balance, generate and store the images you request, and process payments through Stripe.
With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics to measure usage and ad performance. You can decline; essential cookies for sign-in always apply.
Generated images are stored in object storage and kept for at least 14 days after creation so you have time to download them; after that we may delete them to manage storage costs, so please download your work promptly — BulkImagen is not a long-term storage service. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your data for money, but our analytics and advertising cookies may count as “sharing” under those laws. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer to opt out, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
The BulkImagen browser extension signs you in with the same Google account and submits prompts to the same service, so everything above applies to it as well. On your device it stores only what it needs to work: your sign-in token, your name, email and avatar for display, and any prompt draft you have not yet submitted — all in the browser’s local extension storage, cleared when you sign out or remove the extension. The extension does not read the pages you visit, does not track your browsing history, and loads no code from outside its own package. The one exception is one you trigger yourself: when you select text and choose “Generate images from this text” in the right-click menu, that selected text is copied into your prompt draft. The analytics and advertising cookies described above run on the website only, not in the extension.
The BulkImagen apps for iOS and Android use the same account and the same service, so everything above applies to them as well. You sign in with Google or with Apple; if you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, the relay address Apple gives us is the only address we ever see, and Apple shares your name and email with us on your first sign-in only. On your device the apps store only what they need to work: your sign-in token in the system keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), your name, email and avatar for display, and your interface language — all cleared when you sign out or delete the app. Your photo library is touched only when you ask: to attach a reference image to a generation (that image is uploaded to us for that generation) and to save generated images back to your photos. The apps never scan or read anything else in your library. Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are handled by RevenueCat, our billing provider — we never see your card details; RevenueCat and the store receive the transaction and the identifiers needed to grant and restore it, and all we learn is which account bought which credit pack. The apps contain no analytics or advertising SDKs: the tools described above run on the website only. You can delete your account directly in the app under Account; deleting removes the information that identifies you (name, email, avatar, IP address) and keeps only anonymized billing and usage records.
